On October 8, 9 and 10, our partner Santiago J. Mora participated in the MERGE Madrid & Buenos Aires conference, speaking on a panel on “The state of fintech regulation in Latin America”, together with Mariela Baldivieso (National Representative of the Legislative Assembly of Bolivia), Maria Fernanda León (legal consultant from Colombia) and Álvaro Castro Lora (partner of Damma Legal Advisors from Peru).

Delighted to have had the opportunity to comment on the way crypto regulation is evolving in Argentina, to update ourselves on what is happening in other countries, and to talk with important entrepreneurs and legal leaders from around the world.
