Santiago J. Mora began his professional career as a lawyer in 2001 working in the Judicial Branch of the Province of Córdoba and in different agencies of the National State.

Then, he participated in the day-to-day operations of different companies, including administrators of electronic payment systems, and in new technology implementation projects.

He joined GPG Advisory Partners in 2017 where he founded and led the Fintech and New Technologies department.

Santiago is director and teacher of different “Fintech Law”, “Blockchain” and “Cryptoactives” programs at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), at the University of San Andrés (UDESA), at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA ) and at the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT), and has given lectures and presentations at various institutions and forums.

He is the author of numerous research papers on Regulatory, Commercial and IT Law, co-author of the chapter corresponding to Argentina in the “Global Practice Guide – Fintech” (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) by Chambers and Partners and co -director of the book “Fintech: Legal Aspects” (6 volumes).
