Patricia González Presedo began her professional career as a lawyer at Beccar Varela.

She then joined Baker & McKenzie – Buenos Aires, where she worked for almost twenty years, becoming a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions area.

Throughout her career, Patricia has advised large global clients, important local groups and high net worth individuals (UHNWI) on mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as highly exposed joint ventures and restructurings both in Argentina and in the region.

Patricia obtained her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.

She is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Capital Federal.
