Mario J. Pallaoro began his professional career as a lawyer at Baker & McKenzie – Buenos Aires, working for almost a decade in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Competition Law.

Late 2005, he founded JPW, a law firm specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate Developments, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects, and.

In late 2010, JPW joined KPMG and Mario was designated partner in charge of the legal services area, a role he positioned KPMG as an important in legal matters for global clients large local groups.

Throughout his career, Mario has advised both large global clients and foreign and local investors in the different Latin American markets in the structuring and negotiation of the most varied investment projects, as well as in the development of their businesses and expansion or restructuring.

Mario obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He attended a wide variety of postgraduate and refresher courses.

He has been a professor at UCEMA and UBA,  and has given lectures  and presentations at various institutions and forums.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Capital Federal.
