Previously she was a partner at the González Presedo & Geiderman Abogados Firm (2010 – 2018) and at Baker & McKenzie Abogados, Labor Law Practice Group (1996 – 2010).

Initially he worked at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (1989-1994): International Affairs; National Directorate of Legal Affairs, Business Crisis Unit of the Ministry of Labor.
